What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN, Vodafone Cash, or AirtelTigo Money. A payment prompt is sent to your phone at checkout. All transactions are fully secured.
Can I request a quote for a large order?
Yes. Contact us directly and we will respond with a competitive quote within one business day.
Wholesale & Pricing
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Some products have a manufacturer-set MOQ shown on the product page. You cannot go below it in your cart.
Products & Delivery
Are your products original?
Yes. All our products are 100% original and sourced exclusively from verified, certified manufacturers.
Where do you deliver and how long does it take?
We deliver across all 16 regions of Ghana. You can also pick up in store at no extra cost.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your region. Orders above GHS 2,000.00 qualify for FREE delivery to all regions.
Why can't I select delivery for some products?
Certain products require a minimum order quantity before they can be delivered. If your order falls below that threshold, only store pickup is available. Increase the quantity to unlock delivery, or visit our store to collect your order.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.
